We are able to develop and produce individual custom-made products according to your request. This is less expensive than you think. It is generally not necessary to build new moulds from scratch. In most cases, we only need to create special mould inserts for existing moulds.

Our carefree package for you: At Pöppelmann KAPSTO®, we undertake all those numerous little jobs which a project involves. As our customer, you will therefore save a lot of time and expenses related to external development agents, mould constructors, etc.
Modern and fast CAD-controlled development tools.
Virtual product development and optimisation as an efficient way to the series mould – e.g. through the use of 3D simulations or CATIA V5 to more than 40 CAD workstations. We also make additional use of rapid prototyping (stereo lithography, selective laser sintering) for fast and economical production of samples.
Highest precision in our own tool shop.
The design requirements of the complex geometries take shape in the injection moulds. Our in-house mould making facility guarantees a fast response and high flexibility when it comes to mould construction, modification and repair.
