Our mission is to develop technically perfect solutions for our customers’ products and to produce these efficiently and economically. Thanks to our in-house mould making, cutting-edge machines for automatic injection moulding, latest technologies such as 2C injection moulding, MuCell® or water-injection techniques, formed-in-place foam gaskets (FIPFG), vibration welding and fully-automated assembly and packing solutions, we respond to the most diverse requirements in a quick and flexible manner at any time. FIPFG GASKETS

Formed in place foam gaskets (FIPFG).

Seamless, perfect fit and long-lasting: With formed-in-place seals made out of foam, Pöppelmann produces highly sophisticated technical injection-moulded parts.

MUCELL®

Lower weight and increased mould stability.

More component functionality with reduced weight, and cost control at the same time: MuCell is a process to physically foam thermoplastics, which combines technical and economic objectives.

2C INJECTION MOULDING PROCESS

Sophisticated multifunctional parts.

Whether hard or soft, multicoloured or smoothness-enhanced: Pöppelmann uses two-component injection moulding to join various types of plastic, including plastics with contrasting properties, and to create complex multi-functional parts.

HOT-GAS WELDING

Particle-free seams.

High rigidity, high cleanliness: Pöppelmann manufactures media-bearing (air, oil or water) plastic components using the hot-gas welding method.

VIBRATION WELDING

Short welding cycles and high rigidity.

Vibration welding is a genuine alternative in particular when glass-fibre-reinforced polyamides have to be joined securely.

BONDING

So that every component lives up to its promise.

Individual adhesive compounds are used wherever it is not possible to join two components mechanically.

ASSEMBLY AND CONVERTING SOLUTIONS

Fully-automatic assembly and converting solutions.

Pöppelmann K-TECH® performs the integration of additional functions in the componentry for you: e.g. adhesive foils, fixing elements, seals and sealing rings.
